Additionally, the community consists of a community outreach room, outdoor plaza, wellness area, and an occupational and physical therapy room. The building is centrally oriented around a secured landscape courtyard composed of fountains, trellis’ and seating all under a canopy of oak trees. To meet the needs of the booming elderly population, development is moving in a new direction. The direction is to residential environments that inspire, soothe and create connections to family, community and amenities.
