Serving children from 6 weeks to 5 years old in its child care program, and up to age 12 in its after-school program, Primrose School at Avalon Park uses the accredited Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum.
Balanced Learning blends the two leading philosophies of teaching children. One endorses a child-initiated approach, in which children are free to explore their individual interests with teacher support. The other places a greater emphasis on teacher direction, where an established curriculum leads children along a consistent learning path.
Primrose School at Avalon Park allows the particular interests of each child to serve as the springboard to healthy social, emotional, physical, and academic development, while teachers guide them to self-assurance and prepare them for lifelong academic and social success.

ChariTea is Afternoon Tea with a purpose. Every month, guests come together for an afternoon tea session that is both enjoyable and charitable. The event aims to bring people together, foster connections, and support various local charitable organizations.
Bring your favorite tea fare for a potluck-style food arrangement, if you wish to opt out of the potluck, please select the ‘Catered’ ticket so we can cater a dish. If there is leftover money, it will go directly towards the charity. There is a suggested donation of $25 for each ticket of which 100% goes to this month’s charitable partner: One Heart Matters.
