Avalon Park Arts & Culture Center:

Absolutely Avalon (4/12):

Absolutely Avalon is a vibrant showcase of everything that makes Avalon Park truly extraordinary. Focused on Vendor Set-Up and Breakdown, this event transforms the community into a dynamic hub of arts and culture, featuring international food, music, and an array of talented vendors. From the careful arrangement of cultural displays to the seamless dismantling of stalls after the festivities, this celebration embodies the spirit of collaboration and creativity. Volunteers play a crucial role in curating a day of unforgettable experiences, ensuring Absolutely Avalon remains a cherished tradition for all.

July 4th Celebration (7/04):

Oktoberfest (10/11):

Our team seeks assistance in various capacities, including event setup, arrangement of tables and chairs, responding to inquiries, and guiding attendees to appropriate resources. You’ll have the opportunity to distribute event programs, direct both vendors and guests, and ensure the event’s smooth flow. Additionally, your vigilance in identifying concerns such as waste management and attendee satisfaction will be vital, with prompt reporting to the staff. Join us in creating an unforgettable Oktoberfest experience for all.

Spooktacular (10/25):

Engage as a Spooktacular General Volunteer, contributing to the seamless execution of the event by assisting with vendors set-up and breakdown processes. Your support will ensure a well-organized and efficient experience for participants and vendors alike. Join us in creating a memorable event atmosphere.

Fall Craft Fair (11/08):

Participate as a Fall Craft Fair Volunteer, playing a crucial role in the successful orchestration of the event by aiding in the arrangement and dismantling of vendor setups. Your dedicated assistance will contribute to a smooth and organized experience for both attendees and vendors. Join us in crafting a delightful event ambiance.

Avalon Aglow (12/06):

Avalon Aglow is an enchanting event where vendors come together to create a vibrant marketplace. With a focus on Vendor Set-Up and Breakdown, this event showcases a seamless blend of preparation and dismantling, bringing to life a captivating experience for both vendors and attendees. From the meticulous arrangement of stalls to the swift and organized breakdown at the event’s conclusion, Avalon Aglow embodies the art of curating an immersive and fleeting world of wonder.
