A: Absolutely Avalon | April 11th | 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM A vibrant community celebration of local art, music, and culture right in the heart of Downtown Avalon Park.
4th of July | July 4th | 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM Avalon Park’s biggest patriotic party of the year featuring live music, food, and fireworks with the whole community.
Oktoberfest | October 10th | 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM A fall festival bringing the best of food, drinks, live entertainment, and community spirit to Downtown Avalon Park.
Avalon Aglow | December 5th | 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM Avalon Park’s beloved holiday celebration lighting up Downtown with seasonal festivities, vendors, and community cheer.

A: Free public parking is available throughout Downtown Avalon Park, including:

Behind commercial buildings such as CVS, Publix, and the Avalon Park Gym.

Street and surface lots near Town Park and The Marketplace.

Q: What are the setup and teardown guidelines?

Q: How do I get to Vendor Check-In (see map at bottom of page)?
A: Vendor Check-In is located at 13002 Founders Square Drive, Orlando, FL 32828. Please use one of the approved routes below as several roads will be closed for the event.
From Alafaya Trail:
Proceed down Avalon Park Blvd, turn right onto Lake Live Oak Dr, turn left onto Peppervine Drive, then make your first left onto Founders Square Drive.
From Colonial Drive (Option 1):
Head down Avalon Park Blvd, turn left on Lake Live Oak Dr, take a left onto Peppervine Drive, then make your first left onto Founders Square Drive.
From Colonial Drive (Option 2):
Turn left at Tanja King Blvd, make a right on Peppervine Drive, then turn rightonto Founders Square Drive.
Q: What roads will be closed?
A: The following roads will not be accessible for vendor entry on the day of the event: Avalon Lake Drive, Avalon Park East Blvd, Sammys Way, Hop Tree Lane, and Cats Claw Lane. Please plan your route accordingly and follow posted signage upon arrival.

A: Each vendor is responsible for supplying their own tent, tables, chairs, signage, and décor. If you have electricity, please bring a 50+ ft cord.
Q: Are food and beverage vendors required to have permits?
A: Yes. All food and beverage vendors must comply with local health department regulations and have appropriate permits. Inspections may be conducted before the event begins.
Q: Can vendors use generators?
A: Generators may be permitted upon approval. Please indicate this need on your vendor application form.
