Friday, October 10th, 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM- Beer Garden Preview in Town Park

Saturday, October 11th, 2025, from 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM Community Festival in Downtown Avalon Park.

Downtown Avalon Park

Parking Information

Free public parking is available throughout Downtown Avalon Park:

• Grass lot (Flag Pole Field) Avalon Lake Drive and Avalon Park West Blvd.
• Parking Lots Behind All Commercial Buildings: CVS Pharmacy, A-Aki Sushi, East Orlando Gym, Publix.
• Additional street and surface lot parking available near Town Park and the Marketplace

Friday, October 10th – Preview Night

A relaxed evening in Town Park featuring Live German music, Authentic food from Hollerbach’s, Beer Garden open (no additional vendors on Friday)

Saturday, October 11th – Festival Day

A full day of festivities throughout Downtown Avalon Park:

Wiener Dog Derby Details

Saturday, October 11th | Races begin at 5 PM
Hosted by the Florida Wiener Dog Derby

• Hot Dog Dunk Contest (all breeds) – 5:45 PM
• Wanna-Be Race (Mixed & Small Breeds) – 6:00 PM
• Dachshund Final Race – 6:15 PM
• All breeds can enter the Bier Stein Walk and Hot Dog Dunk

Beer Garden & VIP Experience

Beer Garden:

• Located in Town Park
• Cash only (ATM available)
• Menu:
  • Cup $7 | Pitcher $27 | 1L Stein $30 | Das Boot $23

• Wine & Spirits: Chardonnay, Riesling, Merlot ($6 each), Shots ($4)

VIP Beer Garden:

• Reserved seating area with table service
• Includes five 20oz pours, a commemorative beer stein, and hard pretzels

Seating Information

• Open seating is available at the Beer Garden and Marketplace (first come, first served)
• Guests may bring their own chairs for comfort
• VIP ticket holders enjoy guaranteed reserved seating in the Beer Garden

Pets

Leashed, friendly dogs are welcome! Please ensure they are comfortable around large crowds and live music.

Family-Friendly Activities

Absolutely! Oktoberfest features fun for all ages — bounce houses, foam pit, live entertainment, and the Children’s Entrepreneur Market.
