Why not live where you work and work where you play? With our three-story Live/Work units you can! Come be a part of something new in the heart of downtown Avalon Park Orlando. Bring your business to the first floor and then live upstairs, your commute will only be a few steps away and you can break for lunch on your patio. Make your entrepreneurial dream a reality by opening a café or a gallery, a retail store, or an office in your flexible space.
Each unit is individually owned and managed. For more information on leasing or purchasing, you will need to connect with the individual owners.
