Recycled Art Lab: Make Your Own Toys Workshop

Join us every Wednesday in April at the Avalon Park Arts & Culture Center for the Recycled Art Lab Workshop hosted by Wonder Arte.

These hands-on STEAM-based crafting classes are designed to help children develop creativity and problem-solving skills while building toys, games, and instruments using recycled materials.

Participants will create projects such as hobby horses, jumping bunnies, airplanes, and caterpillars while learning through fun and interactive activities.

Wonder Arte Kids Club-April 22nd

Let creativity bloom this spring at the Avalon Park Arts and Culture Center.

Starting April 22, kids ages 6 and up are invited to join Wonder Arte Kids Art Classes for four fun-filled classes featuring painting, canvas art, mixed media, and stained glass-inspired creations. Open enrollment is available, and all skill levels are welcome.

Classes will be held Tuesdays from April 22 through May 13, from 5:00 to 6:15 PM.
Cost is $100 for 4 classes.

Pickleball Workshop

Whether you are new to pickleball or have been playing for years, this workshop is designed to help you take your game to the next level.

Join us on Saturday, April 25th from 11:30 AM–12:15 PM at Avalon Park Gym for a special members-only Pickleball Workshop led by our world-class training staff and physical therapist Denis, Jennifer, and Julian.

This session blends fitness and performance techniques to help players:

• Prevent common injuries
• Improve mobility
• Build strength, power, and agility
• Feel more confident on the court

This is a great opportunity to learn practical tips that support both performance and injury prevention in a fun and encouraging environment.
