Avalon AI Club: Kids-Led, Adult-Supervised AI Learning Nov 10th

A safe, creative space for curious minds in grades 3–5 to explore the world of Artificial Intelligence — completely free to attend!

Through hands-on projects, kids will learn the real abilities of AI while developing skills in:

•  Creative problem-solving

•  Teamwork & leadership

•  Independent thinking

Each session builds toward submitting their very own AI project to the Presidential AI Challenge.

Let your child’s creativity shine in this four-week art series designed to inspire imagination and build confidence! Each week features a new, hands-on project that combines learning, fun, and fine art techniques—all materials included.

Class Schedule

• Class 1: Papier-Mâché Lamp
  Build and decorate your own paper-mâché lamp, complete with shimmering finishes and creative flair.

• Class 2: Harvest Magic — Fall Canvas Painting
  Paint a cozy autumn scene inspired by Winslow Homer’s The Pumpkin Patch, filled with warm tones and rustic charm.

• Class 3: Woodland Clay Creations
  Sculpt and paint adorable, fall-inspired owls using air-dry clay—perfect for young artists who love texture and creativity.

• Class 4: Autumn Fox — Mixed Media Canvas
  Layer paint, paper, and natural textures to create a whimsical autumn fox painting that celebrates fall color and depth.

Workshop for Young Adult Female Survivors of Sexual Assault

Join Ellie Mental Health for a supportive counseling workshop created specifically for young adult female survivors of sexual assault. This session offers a safe and welcoming space to connect, share, and learn ways to navigate holiday-related stress together.
