A: Absolutely Avalon is Downtown Avalon Park Orlando’s annual community celebration highlighting art, culture, and the diversity that makes our town unique. The event features live cultural performances, food trucks and local restaurants, a kids bounce park, and more than 150 local arts, crafts, and business vendors, ending the evening with a laser light show at 9:00 PM near Founder’s Square.

A: Free public parking is available throughout Downtown Avalon Park, including:

• The Grass Lot (Flag Pole Field) at Avalon Lake Drive & Avalon Park West Blvd.

• Behind commercial buildings such as CVS, Publix, and the Avalon Park Gym & Wellness Center.

• Street and surface lots near Town Park and The Marketplace.
  A detailed parking and setup map will be provided closer to the event date.

Q: What are the setup and teardown guidelines?

• Vendors must arrive during their assigned setup window.

• Booths must remain open for the full duration of the event (5–9 PM).

• Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables, and lighting.
