The Brave Burger Opening Summer 2026 in the
Marketplace at Avalon Park Food Hall
Orlando, FL — June 23, 2026 — The Marketplace at Avalon Park food hall is pleased to announce that The Brave Burger, a fresh, made-to-order burger concept founded by Sergio Bosco, will soon join the diverse lineup of dining options in Downtown Avalon Park.
Founded by Sergio Bosco, Founder and CEO, The Brave Burger is known for fresh, made-to-order burgers, high-quality ingredients and genuine hospitality. The brand’s mission is to serve high-quality burgers with exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming environment for families and the community.
The Brave Burger menu features a variety of Certified Angus Beef burger options, including the Cheeseburger, Bacon Burger, Egg Burger, Mushroom Burger, Smash Burger and Blue Cheeseburger. Guests can also enjoy sandwiches, sliders, kids meals, sides such as French fries, sweet potato fries, onion rings and chicken tenders, as well as gluten-free bun and lettuce wrap options. The Brave Burger will also offer “The Real Deal,” a weekday lunch special available Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., featuring select premium burgers with fries and a soda.
